Coordinate Your Craft Room With Pretty Pink Supplies

I only recommend craft supplies I’ve personally used, loved, and would recommend to my dearest, coolest friends. If you purchase through City Craft Club links, I may earn a small commission (at no extra cost to you).

When I started crafting, I purchased my tools based solely on their utility, without considering aesthetic appeal. While, of course, function is of primary importance when it comes to finding the best glue gun, scissors, heat press, etc., focusing solely on function left me with a smattering of ugly, uncoordinated supplies, and deeply dissatisfied with my hodgepodge of a craft space. Eventually, I sold my mismatching items and committed to a single color theme: Pink.

Below, the best pink craft tools and pink craft supplies. If you, like I, are a fan of the color, you’re in for a treat.

Lint Roller

Do you have cats? If so, this is an essential even beyond the crafting sphere. If your abode is devoid of animals, however, this pink lint roller is still a craft room essential. I use it for rolling out various fabrics prior to heat-pressing, as well as for removing pesky lint, dust, and other nonsense from my mug surfaces prior to making personalized sublimation mugs.

As for the design: I love the hole at the top, which allows for easily hanging this adorable roller on my pegboard — where it looks less like a cleaning supply and more like an actual, intentional piece of craft room décor. The roller is super-sticky. It also comes with additional roller papers, making it a surprisingly good value.

Though I adore my Cricut machines beyond words, there are some things that simply feel too straightforward for firing up Design Space, etc., etc. For example, if you want to slice a teensy bit of paper from the bottom of a project because, perhaps, you mis-measured when you were Cricut cutting. In this instance and in so many more, a simple paper-slicer, like this one, comes in handy. I love the aesthetic of this slicer, which is so much prettier than paper slicers I’ve owned in the past. From a function standpoint, I adore the pull-out ruler feature, which is a straightforward tool for measuring odds and ends. Trust me, this paper trimmer is an absolute must for any self-respecting crafter.

Another blush-hued item to hang on your pegboard, these pretty-yet-practical shears are the dreamiest pair I’ve discovered. They’re ultra-sharp, too, and can slice like butter through an array of materials, including fabric. For this reason, they’re perfect for crafts of virtually any type, including sewing crafts. The handles are ergonomically designed, making hand cramping from hours of crafting much less likely.

Circut Essentials Kit

If you’re well into your Cricut journey, you’ll already know that this Cricut Essentials Kit — which contains all of the necessary accoutrements for your belovoed cutting machine — is an absolute must. The set is available in blues and purples — but why not snag one in this trendy rose gold color so as to coordinate visually with the rest of your craft room? (Personally, I own these tools in a smattering of random hues, and, frankly, am bothered by the mismatch on the daily.)

Glue Gun

I’ve purchased numerous glue guns, as any crafter is wont to do. This model, which just so happens to adhere to my blush color scheme, is an excellent, cost-effective option. In addition to its pristine aesthetic, the glue gun features a simple on/off switch that makes it a win from a practicality standpoint, too. Feel free to use any standard-sized glue sticks of your choosing. Regardless of which you insert, the glue is bound to heat up in under a minute and extrude in an ultra-controlled manner.

Heat Press

A pink heat press that A) Works B) <$500 and C) Pink is rather tricky to find. This one truly exceeded my expectations. It looks beautiful in my craft room and blends seamlessly with the surrounding decor. It’s fast to heat, presses perfectly every time (it’s such an upgrade from my prior handheld press) and is truly among my favorite craft purchase of all time.

This mess-mitigating silicone mat is the craft room staple I hadn’t realized I’d needed. Naturally, the mat protects your workspace; moreover, it features a smattering of paint pans — which, additionally, lend themselves to glitter and so much more — plus a pop-up water canister on the upper righthand corner that’s perfect for dipping murky brushes mid-paint job.
